It’s 5:43pm and by this time I am almost done with my practice for I usually go to the 4:30pm class. Today, I feel physically exhausted and mentally, I am almost avoiding it. 5 days in a row in the torture chamber. 105 degrees and 40 percent humidity. It’s not easy but every time I am done, I feel so accomplished.
The past 4 days went by and I know I conquered the first 3. Yesterday however, I made the mistake of not having lunch an hour before the practice and decided to nap instead. Well, the consequences were great for I nearly passed out during class. I also managed to get some cramps in my left foot…ay ay ay.
I’ll be tracking my Bikram adventures as well as my new adventure starting tomorrow. I’ll be joining the Anti-Gravity Yoga on Saturdays. I had no idea that what P!nk did at the 2010 Grammy’s was Anti-Gravity Yoga! Watch it here! http://youtu.be/3stsDXki__U
So yep. I’ve decided to incorporate that in my workout routine and perhaps at my shows come the near future.
